portre dSince early childhood, I have always been involved in sports and physical activity, but martial arts have truly been my main interest even back then. I attended my first Wing Chun training session in October 2013 under the guidance of Zsolt Kiss.

I have participated several times in the National and International Wing Chun Championships organized by the Hungarian Wing Chun Association in Mezőtúr, where I won multiple silver medals and one gold medal in the sanda light contact category, as well as in forms demonstrations.

My constant goal is to improve my movement and to help others who are open to it achieve the same objective, using the knowledge and exercises I have received from my instructors.

It was both interesting and, in fact, a great surprise for me that as a result of Wing Chun training, my joint pain disappeared, and the stability of my legs, shoulders, and core posture improved significantly. In short, this was mainly due to the deep muscle engagement characteristic of kung fu styles. This effect is such a valuable asset to me that I would like to share it with others, as it truly matters whether we can help improve people’s quality of life.

Another major advancement that appeared in my life as a result of training—specifically through practicing self-defense techniques—is a healthy posture and confidence.

In most people, it is noticeable that they lack these two qualities—proper posture and confidence. Through regular training, I increasingly observe improvements in others, similar to the areas where I once had deficiencies myself.

So come and learn, because IMPROVING IS GOOD, TRAINING IS GOOD! 😀
